We got great value for our money with a spacious room and a beautiful view of the waterfalls. The location was perfect, right next to Skogafoss and close to other attractions like the DC3 plane wreck. The staff were friendly and even provided gluten-free bread upon request.

The morning meal could have been better with an improvement on the orange juice.

Free parking was available right in front of the hotel. We were lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights during our stay. The hotel's location was convenient, being just a short walk from the waterfall and easily accessible from the main road.

The coffee machine is always available with free tea and coffee. Being adventure travelers, we appreciated the proximity to Skogafoss waterfall and the ability to beat the tourist bus by walking there in the morning. The hotel is conveniently situated right next to Skogafoss, allowing me to walk over whenever the lighting was perfect for my photographs. It was also just a 25-minute drive from Dyrhólaey and Vik, making it an ideal base for exploring the southern coast. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
