We had a cozy and comfortable stay at a charming guesthouse in Hofn. The host was welcoming and the rooms were spotless. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities were a bonus. The guesthouse was conveniently located and made exploring the town easy. highly recommended!

The location of the guesthouse is amazing, right on the harbor with stunning views of the water and Vatnajokull glacier. We loved watching the sunset over the fjord from across the road. Plus, being in the heart of Höfn town meant we had plenty of options for dining just a minute or two away on foot.

The shared bathroom situation was a bit inconvenient as there was only one bathroom for the five rooms. Sometimes we had to wait to use it when it was occupied.

The rooms on the upper floor offer a lovely view of the quaint street below, and the rooms on the bottom floor come with a comfortable queen bed. Additionally, the breakfast provided is a great start to the day, ensuring you have plenty of energy for your adventures.

The location of the guesthouse is fantastic, being very close to Vatnajökull. You can easily walk to restaurants and the waterfront, making it a convenient spot for exploring the village. The rooms are cosy, large, and really clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are shared, but they are well-maintained and spacious. The service provided by the owner is exceptional, with a super nice and welcoming attitude. The breakfast offered is small but satisfying. the guesthouse has free washers and dryers available, which is a great facility to have.
