I had an amazing stay at Accord Puducherry! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even surprised me with a delicious cake for my birthday, despite me being with my husband the whole time. The hospitality and service were truly exceptional. The room had large windows with a great view, and the bed linens and toiletries were of high quality. Despite a few minor issues such as a leaking shower and some stains in the bathroom, overall I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
