We were amazed by the tranquility and charm of our stay in rural Goa. The property, with its old Portuguese style and serene ambiance, made us feel like we were in our own home. The personalized service provided by the team was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We loved the daily newspapers in the lounge room and the opportunity to immerse ourselves in both international and local news. Despite being monsoon season, we still enjoyed the pool and the refreshing swims it offered. The food was outstanding, with the healthy and fresh selection reflecting the local flavors. We appreciated the eco-friendly approach of the property, eliminating plastic and providing water in glass bottles. The Ayurvedic treatments were an added bonus and reasonably priced. we had a wonderful and rejuvenating experience at this offbeat and peaceful retreat, definitely worth recommending.

The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring attractions in Old Goa as it is in close proximity. The hotel offers a comfortable room with a clean bathroom and provides excellent service. The breakfast served is delicious and there are additional facilities such as a common area with multiple satellite channels. The hotel also offers a beautiful view of the river, creating a serene atmosphere for guests.

The hotel is a hidden gem nestled among lush greenery, offering a luxurious and peaceful retreat. The staff provided exceptional service, fulfilling our every need, while the spa and wellness centre was an indulgent treat. The swimming pool area with its sun loungers was a great place to relax, and the garden area was well-maintained with beautiful plants and flowers. The in-room breakfast was a special advantage, and the restaurant offered exceptional dinner with special diet menus available.

The only minor downside was the limited BBQ facilities and picnic area, but the private facilities more than made up for it. The hotel ensured an exclusive stay with its spacious and comfortable rooms boasting exclusive amenities, making our stay truly unforgettable.

I had a relaxing Thanksgiving getaway at a small luxury property. The staff was extremely efficient, helpful, and always available. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. I enjoyed the fresh and healthy food provided, including vegetables from their garden. the spacious rooms had an extremely comfortable bed, and the small pool was perfect for relaxing.

Although the small boutique hotel was quite wonderful, there were some minor issues. The wifi signal was weak in certain areas, and the kitchen was too far away, making the food cold upon arrival.
