Excellent service, friendly staff, clean rooms, perfect location near the beach, prompt service, well-behaved staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The cottages were clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The beach was just a short walk away, making it the perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The breakfast was delicious and served promptly.

The bathrooms occasionally had a drainage odor, which was not pleasant. The information provided by the manager on transportation costs felt misleading and could have been communicated better.

The room amenities could be improved, as there was no tea/coffee maker or stand for luggage. The air conditioning was not very powerful and the breakfast options were limited.

The staff at Club Palolem were incredibly attentive and helpful during our stay. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our cottage and they quickly moved us to a different one. They also went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, decorating our room beautifully and even surprising us with a chocolate cake. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in South Goa.

One minor drawback was the lack of coffee maker in the room, but it was manageable. Additionally, the property could use some bathroom renovations.

The property is spacious with amazing facilities. Well-maintained and clean. Co-operative and polite staff. Assisted with everything, even getting medicines and finding another place. Good parking and breakfast. Walkable distance from the beach.
