We enjoyed two complimentary drinks at check-in and a beautiful view of the water from our room. The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to local restaurants and shops. The pool was also a nice feature to relax in during our stay.

The room cleanliness was not up to par, with lingering smells and outdated amenities. The staff was not very responsive to our requests for maintenance and took too long to address the issues.

The salad bar at the hotel served a variety of fresh and delicious options, and the staff were always ready to help with any requests. It was great to see that the manager also kept an eye on everything. The hotel's location offered breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea, making it a perfect place to relax. The room and bathroom were spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff, from the bell desk to the reception, housekeeping, and restaurant, were courteous and attentive. The dinner served at the Sky Lounge was excellent, and the breakfast spread was scrumptious. The team, led by the Front Office Manager, ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The staff even escorted us to our car when we checked out.

This hotel is a true luxury experience with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Spa & Wellness center offers an exceptional full body massage and beauty treatments. The infinity pool has a stunning view and the garden area is perfect for relaxing. The restaurant has a fabulous dinner and poolside snack bar with a variety of choices. In-room breakfast was delicious and the staff made sure to cater to our special diet needs. The packed lunches were very convenient for our day trips.

Although the hotel offers a location advantage, the noise from the roadwork outside affected our stay. The sound-proofing wasn't great as we could hear our adjoining room's noisy strangers.
