Excellent staff, comfortable stay, clean rooms, great hospitality, early check-in.

Not obvious to find.

The room was comfortable, with a large bathroom. The breakfast spread was great, and room service was prompt. The staff behavior was fantastic, except for one person in the dining area who was a bit rude. However, the overall experience at Crowne Plaza was worth the price.

Excellent service from all staff and delicious food. Room came packed with amenities including iron and table, kettle, and washroom kits. Had round-the-clock hot water, a comfortable bed, and enough charging points. The gym and swimming pool were great and the room was breathable and spacious. a fantastic stay.

This hotel's location provides easy access to the nearby DLF mall for shopping and dining. The fitness center is well-equipped and provides a pool for a refreshing dip. Guests can enjoy the delicious food at the Infinity restaurant's Madhuban and events can be held in the spacious list. The rooms offer high water pressure in the shower and comfortable mattresses for a good night's rest.

One aspect of the hotel needs an update.

We had a great stay at the hotel and the room was spacious and clean. We were impressed with the efficient and knowledgeable drivers who took us to and from the city with ease. The food was also delicious and we appreciated the variety of options. we highly recommend Crowne Plaza for your visit to New Delhi.

The gym staff at the hotel provided me with great service. Lata, one of the gym staff members, welcomed me every morning with a big smile and ensured that I had everything I needed for my workout. The ladies in the steam room were also friendly and made me feel comfortable. The rooms were luxurious and had exclusive amenities, which added to the overall experience.

During my stay, I found that the food quality at the breakfast and dinner buffet was not up to the mark. The non-veg dishes were not good.

During our city break, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and we loved the complementary tea and coffee in the room. The fitness center had excellent equipment and the sauna and steam room were a great addition. The location was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to transportation.

We didn't have any negative experiences during our stay.
