The hotel had an amazing location, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. They offered rooms with AC for a small extra fee, perfect for those who like to stay cool. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The bathroom in the shared room was poorly ventilated, leaving it stuffy and uncomfortable.

The staff members were friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast, though basic, was filling and delicious. a great place to stay for a beach getaway.

There were occasional power cuts during our stay, which lasted for about an hour each time.

This hotel is located just 2 minutes away from the amazing beach and all the yummy restaurants, making it a steal for its value for money. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, a refrigerator and are cleaned regularly. The breakfast offered was delicious, with honey enough for two and super cappuccino.

Spent xmas at this amazing hotel and it was perfect! The breakfast was included and it was really tasty. The location was great, everything was just a stone's throw away with lots of options for cafes, shops and bars. The beach was so close too, which was really convenient. The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even offered us complimentary drinks on arrival!

Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike! The only downside was that the wifi connection was a bit slow at times, but it wasn't a big deal because we were out and about most of the time anyway.

We had a great time at Crystal Goa Palolem Bed & Breakfast. The manager, Shelden, was always available and helped us organize excursions. The attached restaurant offered healthy options and delicious food. The location was perfect, just steps away from the main beach. The staff, particularly Raju, were kind and accommodating. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like unreliable WiFi and roaming dogs, we were overall satisfied with our stay. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly staff.
