I had a great view of the Taj Mahal from my room, just like in the pictures. The food at Lattice was delicious and the staff were polite. a wonderful stay at Sarovar.

Conveniently located hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant. Clean and comfortable rooms with upgrades available. Tasty breakfast and dinner options, with accommodating F & B staff. Great views of nearby tourist attraction.

During my business trip, I enjoyed my stay at a centrally located hotel with two great restaurants. The sky grill rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view and delicious food. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable with a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service and the breakfast was tasty. The facilities were pristine and there were many advantages to the room, such as ample storage and comfortable bedding.

One aspect I found disappointing was the loud music that could be heard throughout the hotel at night, making it difficult to sleep.

grand mercure agra exceeded my expectations during my recent overnight stay. the staff were friendly and the food was excellent. the view of taj from my room was amazing, and the rooftop swimming pool was a bonus feature.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Agra. The location was perfect, close to all the sightseeing spots and even Keoladeo National Park. The rooftop restaurant and bar provided breathtaking views. The room was clean and had a stunning view of the Taj Mahal. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to cater to my needs. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the staff was attentive to my gastronomic requirements. it was a great experience.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the pool. It could have been cleaner.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience. The room was spacious and luxurious with exclusive amenities, such as a big shower and bathtub. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing, while the BBQ facilities and poolside snack bar served delicious food. The staff was very attentive and helpful, fulfilling all my needs promptly. The hotel was centrally located, giving easy access to everything the city had to offer.

Although the Italian restaurant was excellent, I was disappointed that the rooftop restaurant was closed during my stay. The hotel was not serving any alcohol due to a "dry day" and the staff member who informed me was a bit rude.

The hotel provided complimentary snacks and drinks every evening which was a pleasant surprise. The location was great as it was near public transportation and local shops. the hotel offered a shuttle service to the nearby attractions which saved us a lot of time.

Our room was not cleaned properly and we had to call multiple times for service. the breakfast buffet food was not fresh and some items seemed to have been sitting out for a while.
