I was impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms at Fabhotel The Royal Cm Plaza. The newly built hotel had excellent infrastructure and the staff were courteous. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, with all the tourist attractions within a 15 to 20-minute reach. The food is amazing and the café in the backyard is a delightful spot. They even have live music and puppet shows during dinner! The staff, especially Mr. Shrikant, is incredibly helpful and hospitable. I really appreciate their service here.

No negatives to mention. I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Situated near the railway station, Mahal Khandela is located in a calm and pleasant area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel is surrounded by serene surroundings, devoid of any nearby shops. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stay in Royal CM Plaza, soaking in the tranquility. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with clean and comfy beds. The staff provides good room service and the breakfast is delicious.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is reported to be very poor.

The complementary breakfast buffet was delicious and well-presented. The hotel's location was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with whatever we needed.

The rooms were a bit too small for the price we paid. The Wi-Fi signal was not reliable and often disconnected.
