The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is in the City Centre. The room amenities were great, with a comfortable sitting area and a well-stocked mini-bar. The restaurant on-site served delicious meals and the staff, including Mr. Sumit, Manjeet, and Sukhdev, were amazing. They were very kind and hardworking, always serving us with a smile. The hotel also had a leisure garden area with Wi-Fi access and an on-site car park.

Our Christmas at the hotel was amazing! We enjoyed two complementary meals that were both delicious and filling. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access various activities and attractions. The hospitality we received from the staff was top-notch. They were attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable. One of the best aspects was being able to take advantage of the hotel's pool and gym facilities, which were well-maintained and provided a great workout.

That the mini fridge in our room was not very reliable. It turned off when the key was removed, which caused issues with keeping some of our perishable items cool.
