Although we couldn't enjoy the hotel lounge one evening due to a private function, the staff accommodated us during dinner service, with the delightful Komal as our attentive waitress. We appreciated her warm and engaging personality.

The location was great, with Inorbit mall just a stone's throw away. It was easy to travel around the area as the train station was nearby. The rooms were comfortable, with substantial illumination, good air conditioning and plenty of sockets for charging devices. In addition, the check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the food was excellent.

The hospitality could have been better, they were cleaning the room every two days, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

We went for a romantic escape and enjoyed the complementary wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival. The location was ideal, with a stunning view of the city. We also appreciated the complementary shuttle service to the nearby shopping mall.

While my stay was overall excellent, I did experience a minor issue with the reception staff causing confusion with my room keys. However, it was resolved quickly and didn't detract from my enjoyment of the hotel.
