The value for money at Grand Hyatt was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the backwaters from the 7th floor. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, especially Ansu who provided outstanding service at breakfast. The location was great, with easy access to swimming pools, restaurants, and conference facilities. a fantastic experience that we'd love to repeat.

Who needs to visit tourist spots or have a convenient location when I can have a quiet and empty hotel? So isolating, just what I want!

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of other restaurants and shops in the immediate local area. Additionally, the view from our room was a highpoint, offering a beautiful scene of the lake. The staff at the Malabar Restaurant were friendly and the food was amazing.

There was no ventilation in the toilet area, resulting in a slight smell.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. The service was impeccable and the spa and wellness centre was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed the full body massage and the body wraps. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were well-maintained and the sun terrace provided stunning views of the surroundings. We were impressed by the beauty treatment and the make-up services. The bar/lounge area offered a great variety of drinks and the restaurant served the most delicious dinner. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to all the tourist attractions.

The only minor issue we had was with the entertainment as we were expecting live performances and karaoke as advertised. Unfortunately, there was no live entertainment during our stay.

The breakfasts were awesome, with select options and luxuriously serene 5th floor lounge and very quiet atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and professional. The indoor, outdoor, and kids pools were clean, well-maintained, and provided for a relaxing environment. The gym equipment was well-equipped and had Wi-Fi and TV on all cardio machines. The food was delicious, especially the evening canapes.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Despite a small issue with the lock on the balcony door, we received prompt and caring service from the staff. Breakfast at Malabar cafe was delicious and the restaurant manager and servers were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Grand Hyatt for a pleasant stay.

The hotel offered a complimentary drink and snacks on arrival, which was a nice touch. The location was great, close to the beach and with lots of restaurants nearby. The view from the room was amazing, with a beautiful sunset visible from the balcony every evening.

The noise levels during new year's eve were extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep until the early hours of the morning. The staff didn't seem to be able to control the situation, which was very disappointing.
