I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the staff at the restaurant when they packed food for me to take on my journey. The well-equipped room and bathroom were spacious, and the breakfast layout was excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this place and was impressed with its location. Here it is situated in the central business hub, near to everything I needed. The staff here were extremely helpful and cordial from the reception staff to the room service. I particularly enjoyed the facilities available, such as the rooftop pool and the fitness centre. Moreover, the rooms were well equipped with facilities and amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and soundproofed rooms. The dining restaurant provided a special menu which was great, and I was pleased with the variety of options available for breakfast.

I would recommend this venue to everyone.

One of the facilities could be improved, as there were some comments about the carpets in the corridors and rooms being dirty and smelling badly due to overuse.

The staff is energetic and eager to please. A wide selection of breakfast items are available. The front desk staff are helpful in arranging transportation. Certain staff members stood out, including Mr. Arnab, Mr. Chandan, and Miss Surbhi.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The front desk staff, especially the duty manager, Akshat, were incredibly helpful and cooperative. The property itself was beautiful and had a nice ambiance. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and they even went above and beyond to prepare Jain food for us. The staff, including Pui, Mohit, and Himanshu, were all amazing and provided top-notch service. The room and room service were top-notch as well, with comfortable beds and useful amenities such as a big desk and a clock in the room. the Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I can honestly say that I have no major cons to mention about this hotel. The only small issue I had was that the staff on night duty were a bit slow to respond to requests, requiring multiple trips to the front desk to resolve.

What an Easter weekend we had! The hotel staff gave us two complementary drinks when we arrived which was a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable and we slept like babies. We also enjoyed the selection of channels on the TV.

Although the food was delicious, there were a couple of issues during our stay. One of the staff members was rude when we asked for an early check-in and buffet breakfast.
