The hotel is conveniently located and has a great atmosphere. The interior and rooftop are impressive, offering a pleasant and comfortable experience. The F&B outlets have excellent service, with friendly and professional staff. The F&B manager, Mr. Ravindran, and his team deserve praise for their dedication and customer care. The facilities, housekeeping, and reception staff provide nice service.

They struggled to manage the breakfast and live counter, resulting in delays and missed orders. The room service by the restaurants also did not meet expectations.

Conveniently located hotel with comfortable rooms and impeccable housekeeping. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities, including valet parking, were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the SCV cable TV. The staff, particularly Mr. Tamil Selvan and Mr. Suresh in the restaurant, provided excellent service.

Although the hotel had valet parking, there was a lack of parking space. This resulted in some waiting time for our car to be retrieved.

The holiday season was made comfortable with two complementary facts that were offered. The location was perfect as it was near a busy street but sound proofing kept noise levels low. the beds allowed for a true rest.

There were some negative aspects to the stay. The staff failed to refill essentials such as tissue and basic maintenance was neglected.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the variety of activities available at the hotel. The nightclub added to the vibrant atmosphere in the evenings. The clean and well-equipped rooms were perfect for our stay.

Felt secure walking around at night, staff went above and beyond to assist.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The service was exceptional and the amenities were top-notch. The spa and wellness centre was a great place to relax, and the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight of my stay. The dining options were excellent, and I enjoyed trying many of the different restaurants and snack bars. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in public areas and the 24-hour reception.

I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends, especially because of its convenient location.
