The washroom was luxurious and had all the necessary facilities. We felt like we were staying in a 4-star hotel at a very affordable price. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay near Vaishno Devi temple.

While our stay was mostly perfect, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The rooms facing the busy street were noisy, which was a bit disturbing.

The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a variety of options. Additionally, the leisure spa & wellness centre was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

During my Christmas vacation, I received two complimentary gifts from the hotel staff, which I appreciated. the hotel was located in a convenient area, which made it easy to get around. The proximity to nearby attractions was a definite plus as well.

My experience was marred by several negative aspects. The noise levels from outside the hotel were very high, making it difficult to sleep at night.
