We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a busy shopping area, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff here were exceptional, from the doorman to the receptionist to the room service and housekeeping. They went above and beyond in their service, doing all the arrangements and ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The hotel itself had a great range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, a rooftop pool, and a restaurant with a delicious buffet breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to families.

There were no negative aspects to mention about this place. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent customer service.

We had a wonderful stay at Iris Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Ariun, Mark, and Anusha from the front office. They were always there to guide us and answer our questions. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city and close to shopping areas and nightlife. The facilities were excellent, with spacious rooms and a rooftop swimming pool. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh juices every day. We highly recommend Iris Hotel for anyone visiting the city.

No gym available during our stay. 😞
