The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and professional. Krishna from the housekeeping team did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The towel arts he made for my son were a big hit. Eva from the guest relations team was also very kind and helpful. the hospitality of the hotel staff was outstanding.

I recently stayed at the Itc Grand Chola in Chennai for a quick trip. The hotel is conveniently located between the city center and the airport, making it a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. The dining options within the hotel are top-notch, with a world-class restaurant offering amazing decor, atmosphere, and delicious food. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The executive rooms were comfortable, with nice amenities in the bathroom and a cozy bed. The public areas of the hotel were stylish and comfortable. The staff provided impeccable personalized service, surpassing other 5-star hotels I have stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel.

The check-in process was smooth, thanks to Ms. Piyali, Ms. Nidhi, and Mr. Naman at the reception. The room was ready upon arrival and exceeded my expectations. The pool area was great, with excellent service. Special mention to Chef Zubin at Ottimo for his amazing restaurant and helpful suggestions. The spa experience was top-notch, and the Avartana restaurant was the best culinary experience I've had in India. I will definitely return to ITC Grand Chola for its outstanding facilities and exceptional service.

I recently stayed at the ITC Grand Chola hotel for two nights and it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff, including Denka, Vinesh, Incharge Kunal, Sampath, Suguna. Jhon, Ms. Piyali, Ms. Nidhi, and Mr. Naman, were all incredibly polite, friendly and attentive. The room service and daily turndown service provided by the housekeeping staff were impeccable. Additionally, the live counters serving delicious french toasts and parathas during breakfast were a highlight of my stay.
