I want to express my gratitude to Garima, the intern, and Pratik, the duty manager, for their efforts in ensuring my stay was comfortable. The breakfast staff went above and beyond by making me vegan pancakes as per my request. Every detail was taken care of, making my stay seamless. I will definitely return to this wonderful hotel.

Located in a prime spot with fantastic views of the promenade and close to the embassies, this hotel offers an amazing experience. The rooms are comfortably furnished, with amazing bathrooms, and the staff is always willing to assist with anything you need. The breakfast is delicious, and the lounge is a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a long day. The in-room parties are perfect for celebrating a special occasion like a birthday for a friend.

Impressive collection of art, including S Gujral's murals and Hussain's painting series. Great food options and friendly personnel. Access to the lounge while waiting for the rooms to be ready. Lovely gesture from the staff with a complimentary muffin and teddy made from a hand towel.

A Warm and Welcoming Reception

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was greeted with great warmth and hospitality by Dimple at the reception desk. She escorted me to my spacious and comfortable room, ensuring that I felt at home right from the start. The elegance and grandeur of the hotel were truly impressive. I must admit, however, that the noise from a wedding party below our room affected our sleep on the first night. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly return in the future.

I indulged in ancient and modern therapies at the Spa, while the hotel played host to my every event need. The lounges and bars were perfect for unwinding, and Bukhara served mouthwatering North Indian food. The rooftop restaurant had a stunning view.
