We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with close proximity to Cubbon Park, which allowed us to enjoy a refreshing morning walk and provided a great view from our room. The staff at this hotel were incredibly courteous and helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The ambience was calm and peaceful, and the food was delicious. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the attention we received as frequent travelers was a standout.

Diksha's attentiveness and empathy when my father required medical attention was truly appreciated. The hospitality of Anirudh and Naresh in providing delicious specially prepared meals was amazing. Sudhakar, Susana, and Ujwala at the Executive lounge showed great kindness and enthusiasm. the hospitality of the JW Bengaluru staff made my stay truly exceptional.

Although the noise from some loud music on Friday night was not ideal, it did not overshadow the overall positive experience. However, despite these minor drawbacks, I had nothing but positive experiences during my stay at Jw Marriott.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found a delicious chocolate cake waiting for me in my room, a thoughtful gesture from the GR Manager. The front desk team, especially Pooja and Isha, provided excellent service and always greeted me with a smile. The lounge access was a treat, with a variety of tasty and colorful food options, good wine selection, and top-quality coffee. The JW Kitchen offered a diverse range of Indian and Asian cuisine, including fresh coconuts, sugar cane juice, and expertly prepared dishes like puri and dosa. The friendly waitstaff, like Pramod and Vinoth, made my dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for the exceptional service and culinary delights.
