I had a fantastic stay at a brand hotel in Lucknow. The location was great, right in the heart of the city. The lobby was small but beautiful, and the staff was excellent and very professional. The food selection and quality were top-notch. Forget the other hotels, stay here for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great Easter stay at this hotel. The hotel gave us a basket of chocolate eggs and extra towels at no extra charge. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is conveniently located near schools and offices. The rooms were well-designed, comfortable and clean, and the staff was welcoming.

There was no ramp for wheelchair movement which made it tough for people with locomotory problems to access the restaurant.
