Excellent room decor and size, value for money, good food, cultural program in the terrace. Staff went above and beyond, especially Mr. Dey who had a tremendous sense of hospitality. Daily complimentary breakfast with changing menus and rooftop dinner with traditional Rajasthani folk entertainment was splendid. Staff were helpful in sorting out problems with a taxi and assisted with laundry and luggage storage.

The hotel's central location was perfect, as it was quiet and peaceful despite being close to the main attractions. This place is in a prime location, which allowed me to easily walk to all the main sites and tourist spots. The staff here were incredibly accommodating and were happy to help with any request I had. The prompt service here was impressive, with room service always available. The on-site restaurant had an excellent selection of dishes and the staff were always on hand to make sure my dining experience was enjoyable. The facilities here were superb, with a lovely swimming pool and sun terrace, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel is located away from the noisy street and close to all shopping areas. It is outside of the pink city center but still a convenient location. The room had attractive decorative paintwork. The small pool and rooftop turrets were a nice addition. The breakfast had a good variety of Indian and Continental options.

There were inconsistencies with the facilities. The shower didn't allow for hot water, and the AC remote was broken.

One aspect that was a bit disappointing was the lack of a shower divider in the bathroom. This resulted in the entire bathroom getting wet after taking a shower, which was quite inconvenient.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was amazing! Received a complimentary bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates upon arrival which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, walking distance to local attractions and restaurants. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the city and was perfect for watching the fireworks on New Year's Eve.

The room was a bit small for the price we paid. , we had some trouble with the air conditioning on the first night and it took a while for the issue to be resolved.

Laxmi Palace Heritage Boutique made our stay outstanding. Despite a 4-hour train delay, they arranged for a car to pick us up promptly. The reception was friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was lovely. We enjoyed dining in their excellent restaurant, especially on the rooftop. The location is brilliant, situated on a peaceful street. We were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. Highly recommended to anyone!
