Lovely Stay and Fantastic Food

The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing ambiance. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and friendly. The hotel's location is perfect as it's easily accessible to major tourist attractions. The rooftop swimming pool was a great cherry on top, with a stunning view of the city.

The check-in process could have been smoother and quicker. There was a bit of a delay in getting our room keys, which caused us to wait longer in the reception area.
