The staff was very courteous and helpful, with great service throughout my stay. The food served was delicious, and the view from the top floor balcony was amazing. the rooms and washrooms were perfectly clean, and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary pedestal fan, water heater kettle with tea and coffee sachets, and clean bathroom with hot water geyser were great extra touches.

The noise level was a bit of an issue, as the walls and doors were thin and I could hear people talking loudly in the corridors and on the staircase. the location required a steep climb to reach the main road, which may be difficult for some guests.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to all important places nearby and without having to spend too much on taxis. The hotel provided amazing room service and car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance services. The rooms were soundproofed, and the amenities like ironing facilities, free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries were impressive. The hotel also offered an in-room breakfast and packed lunches on request, along with delicious meals at the restaurant.

The location of Muscatel Grand Silkroute - 300 Mts From Mg Marg is perfect for exploring Gangtok. It's just a short 10-minute walk to M.G Marg, the popular hangout place. The staff at the hotel are courteous and always ready to help. The room I stayed in had hardwood flooring, ample space, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was super clean and had hot water available at all times. The food served in the hotel was great, although the beverages were a bit on the pricier side.
