The location of the hotel was perfect, offering a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property itself was impressive, with a beautiful garden and spacious rooms. The restaurant served delicious food, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. We were particularly impressed by the grand reception lobby and the hotel's attention to detail in terms of table settings and cutlery. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues, our overall stay was delightful. I recently stayed at a hotel in the Namakkal district and had a great experience. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the venue of my son's chess tournament. The hotel had a metro-like feel and the restaurant served delicious food. The room was cozy and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

I did notice that there was a lack of friendliness and smiles from the reception staff, which could be improved.
