I had a great stay at Madpackers in Amritsar. The room was clean and the bed sheets were fresh. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly. I especially enjoyed the rooftop view. I highly recommend this hostel for your stay in Amritsar.

My stay at Madpackers was superb! Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received from the owner, who even waited for me until late at night. Location was convenient, close to a popular tourist spot and accessible by auto. The dorm beds were clean and the AC worked well. Hot water was also available. It was a great value for the price and the staff was friendly and courteous.

The dorm bed was uncomfortable and difficult to access as it was located on the top level of a three-level bunk bed. There was no flexibility with the check-in time, despite arriving early in the morning after a long journey.

Some of the dorm rooms have shared bathrooms on the rooftop, which can be a minor inconvenience for guests having to walk up to reach them. The maintenance of the hotel could be improved, with dust on mattresses and unclean tables in the common areas.
