During our Christmas stay, we really appreciated the two complementary facts that were offered to us. The hotel's central location was a major advantage, allowing us to explore the city with ease. Another benefit was the friendly and accommodating staff, who were always eager to assist us with any of our needs.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. The room had a strong mould smell, which detracted from our enjoyment of the space.

The location of the cafeteria offers a pleasant atmosphere, with friendly staff and delicious food. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with attentive service from the staff. The breakfast options are varied and satisfying, catering to different dietary needs. Additionally, the view from the rooms enhances the overall experience, providing a relaxing ambiance.

The staff was not responsive when I needed an ice pack for my leg injury, taking an hour to address the issue.

Our stay at this luxurious venue was an unforgettable experience. The exclusive amenities provided, like the rooftop pool and sun terrace, made us feel pampered. The leisure room and restaurant were also impeccable. The exceptional service provided at all times was a great plus.

The only minor downside was the loud music from the events happening on the premises. It made it challenging to relax in the evening.
