Lovely heritage hotel with pretty cottage rooms and beautiful lawns. The food is good, despite the portions being too big. The restaurant manager is fantastic and attentive. Even though some issues with the room, the bed and shower were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet dead-end street out of the bustling city. The service here was exceptional, with a friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping staff kept my room immaculate. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities like car hire, laundry service, and even a doctor on call. The staff, especially the general manager and guest relations manager, were extremely helpful and made sure all of my inquiries were addressed. the customer service was outstanding and made my stay truly memorable.

Nestled in a serene and picturesque location, Taj Savoy offers a peaceful retreat. The well-maintained grounds and beautiful lawn are perfect for coffee breaks and leisurely walks. The restaurant staff, including the talented chef, provide top-notch service and an impressive food spread to satisfy diverse palates. Kids can enjoy engaging activities hosted by Mr. Bharati, adding to the overall experience. With recent renovations, the hotel embraces its rich history with a unique character.

The morning breakfast could use some improvement to match the high standards of the hotel.

Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. The gardens were well-maintained and had many cozy sitting areas to relax and enjoy the cool weather. The location was very convenient, being close to both the bus station and the railway station. The bonfire in the evening was a fun and festive touch. The room provided us with both a fireplace and a room heater, which kept us nice and warm. a great place to spend the holidays.

Sadly, the hotel did not quite live up to our expectations. While the room was comfortable, it lacked some of the finishes you would expect from a higher-end hotel.
