I appreciated that there were complementary tea and coffee sachets provided in the room, and that the hotel had a convenient location near the beach and other attractions. The pool was also a nice feature that I enjoyed using during my stay.

The staff seemed disinterested and the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was subpar. The breakfast selection was poor and the dishes themselves were often dirty, which was concerning.

The architecture of the hotel is stunning and the food is delicious. The location is also great, with a private beach and breathtaking views of the sea. Breakfast had a wide selection of options from Indian to Continental to Chinese.

The service and overall cleanliness could be improved further.

The staff, including Sangi, Chef Rajiv, and the gardeners, are professional and attentive. The resort also offers in-room dining and takes dietary restrictions into consideration.
