We had an amazing experience at a hotel in Gangtok. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the WiFi was reliable. The view from our Premier Room balcony was breathtaking. The food prepared by the chefs was delicious and of high quality. The staff, especially Sujata and her team, were friendly and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the attentive service provided by the staff, especially by the chef who went out of his way to make sure our special dietary requirements were met. the location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety, and the shuttle service would have been appreciated as taxis were sometimes difficult to find. The hotel was also a bit pricey for the level of services provided.
