We loved the charming atmosphere and beautiful grounds at Springfields - A Heritage Palace Since 1902. The hotel's historic features and traditional furniture added to the overall charm of our stay. The views of the mountains from the hotel were absolutely spectacular. We also had the pleasure of enjoying delicious food during our stay, especially the breakfast. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. We also appreciated the convenience of having a car and driver provided by the hotel. we had a delightful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions on the mall. The beautiful garden offers a stunning view of the mountains. The staff is excellent and always eager to assist, providing a personalized and attentive service. The rooms are large and spacious, adding to the character of the place. Complimentary breakfast is provided, offering a variety of options.

The internet connectivity is limited, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The food was delicious and made to order, friendly and hospitable staff, helpful property manager, ideal for spending time with family/partners, mesmerizing view of Shimla valley.
