This hotel is a great find! it's amazing value for money and is located in a great spot - nearby to the temple and close enough to the city center to be conveniently close to everything. Secondly, the staff here are definitely the cherry on top. They are attentive and welcoming, making sure every request was met. Lastly, the rooms are simple but well-equipped with bathroom and tea-making facilities, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included in our stay and there were additional options for all meals.

All was great, nothing that stood out as negative.

Felt so at home, nothing too much trouble.

During our recent stay at a hotel in Varanasi, we were impressed with the cleanliness and modernity of the accommodations. The staff members were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We especially appreciated the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to various facilities and attractions in the area.

Although the hotel was overall great, there were a few minor drawbacks. The location was not extremely close to the Ghats, which meant a short commute was necessary to reach them.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options from Indian to Western cuisine. The location was perfect, as it was near all the main attractions and we could easily catch a taxi to the airport. Plus, the view of the Ganges and the Aarti Ceremony in the evening was simply spectacular!

The only drawback was the occasional lack of toiletries, but the attentive staff quickly rectified the issue.

I wasn't impressed with the service but I must admit the hotel offred two nice complementary gifts. it was located close to the main attractions and restaurants which makes it easier to access them. Another advantage was the 24-hour hot water, exactly what I need in a city where high temperatures are an issue.

The staff seemed unprofessional, and their approach didn't meet my expectations. They offer no assistance during my whole stay.

The place was tidy, clean and comfortable. The owner and the staff were amazing. Additional services available. Plenty of information about the city. Grateful for their kindness.
