The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was right in the heart of the heritage area, close to all the major attractions. We could easily walk to the Golden Temple and the shopping area within minutes. Being in the pedestrian walkway meant that there was no noisy vehicle traffic, which made for a peaceful stay. the rooms were soundproof, so we didn't hear any noise from outside.

The slow and sometimes non-existent wifi in our room. It was a bit frustrating, especially when we needed to get some work done or stay connected with family and friends.

They assisted us with arranging taxis and transportation and provided great tourist advice. The room was clean and spacious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Best of all, being a Best Western hotel, we knew we would receive excellent service.

They always had a smile on their face and were ready to assist with any need or request. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is near the Golden Temple and other attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with quality fixtures and fittings. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel were top-notch. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options available, including delicious grilled sandwiches.

Additionally, there is limited Western food in the area, but being immersed in Punjabi culture and being so close to the beautiful Golden Temple more than makes up for it.

The Wi-Fi signal wasn't strong enough for video chatting or working. The amenities offered were not up to the mark, with missing toiletries and limited cutlery.
