The value for money was excellent and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to India Gate. The staff treated us like royalty, from the warm welcome at the airport to the attentive housekeeping and delicious breakfast spread.

The location of the hotel is excellent - it is right in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore New Delhi. The surrounding area is conducive to walking around with its leafy avenues. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of Delhi greens. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. The hotel also had a big swimming pool in a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxation.

The maintenance of the restaurant, Machan, was poor according to one guest.

The service at Taj Mahal was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests, including helping us secure tickets to the Republic Day Parade. They even sent their own team members to stand in line for hours to make sure we got the tickets we needed. It was truly a testament to their commitment to customer service. The hotel itself was great, with spacious and neat rooms, delicious breakfast options, and a beautiful pool. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had an amazing lunch experience at Taj Mahal. The restaurant had a wide variety of starters and main courses to choose from. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. The mutton and rice dishes were particularly delicious. The salad bar also had a great variety. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful dining experience.

I had an amazing experience at this recently renovated hotel. The food was exceptional and I loved the complimentary amenities such as the pool and spa. the hotel was in a great location, making it easy to attend my conference and explore the city in my free time. One of the best aspects was the friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay.

I did have some concerns about the breakfast buffet. While the staff was helpful in meeting my dietary requirements, it would have been more convenient if everything was available on the buffet.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience beyond compare! The exclusive amenities supplied, such as the Spa and wellness centre, included top-notch services of a Jacuzzi, beauty treatments, and a manicure. The outdoor pool area was divine, with gorgeous sun loungers and umbrellas on the sun terrace. The location of the hotel is impeccable, with stunning garden areas and beach surroundings creating a delightful and tranquil environment.

The only downside of my stay was that I was hoping for an in-room breakfast experience. Despite this minor letdown, the hotel's restaurant provided delicious meals and even offered special diet menus, and the coffee/tea in the lobby was a great alternative.
