During my recent stay at The Crown, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location of the hotel. The small approach road led to a truly impressive view of the surrounding area. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating, even going so far as to upgrade us to a River view room with a stunning view of the Atal setu. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. Additionally, the outdoor cafe was a great experience, offering delicious food and drinks with a lovely view.

The Crown Goa in Panaji exceeded our expectations in every way. The location next to the Mandovi River was perfect, offering beautiful views. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk and the spa were friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the pool area was a great place to relax with friends. excellent value for money.

Additionally, the hotel's proximity to casinos and South Goa attractions ensures plenty of entertainment options. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also offers facilities such as a swimming pool and excursion desk, adding convenience to the experience.

The noise from the ongoing renovations can be a bit bothersome at times.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city with a stunning view of the river and the bridge. The restaurant served authentic Goan cuisine that was delicious. the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Some of the staff members lacked professionalism and training. The housekeeping staff entered the room without permission, and the maintenance staff was not helpful when there were issues with the room.

The hotel has high-class amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool, a Spa & wellness center and a garden area. The continental breakfast buffet was amazing and there is also a cozy bar lounge area where I enjoyed delicious snacks. The private facilities, such as the beautifully decorated exclusive rooms, were luxurious and well-equipped. Moreover, the service was exceptional.

Although the location is convenient and it is close to restaurants and shops, the weak internet connectivity was a slight issue. I struggled to work online, which was important during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent customer service, from the friendly door staff to the attentive reception. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including ceiling fans and a balcony. Despite arriving early, we were able to check in without any waiting. The pool was a nice bonus, allowing for a light exercise. The hotel also arranged for a helpful and patient driver, Shuvash, who made our transportation hassle-free. The level of understanding and generosity from the staff was exceptional.

Great location, close to casinos and only a 2-minute walk away. The swimming pool is big and enjoyable, especially when it's raining. The hotel and rooms are clean with good room service. The gym is great, although it lacks heavy weights. The hotel offers a quiet atmosphere and a lovely view.

Felt very comfortable, just like being at home. No complaints whatsoever.
