The convenient location, friendly staff, great pool, all amenities you could need, and great breakfast make this hotel a good choice. The staff even accommodated a large number of us who needed an earlier breakfast than was offered. Restaurants on site were good and the spa was nice too. The spacious and comfortable Club superior room at a good value price was a definite highlight.

Location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast was tasty with a decent variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of renovation. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were reasonable considering the spacious and well-kept rooms. The attention to detail was evident, especially with the prompt response to issues such as the TV not working. Additionally, the location in a busy mall at the center of the city was a convenient feature.

The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and the housekeeping service was top-notch. I would love to visit again. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a multiplex with a food court, offering a variety of meal options. As a solo female traveler on business, I felt safe throughout my stay.
