The hotel is located in a well-connected area, making it convenient to travel to the airport and visit many malls. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good seating arrangements. The bathroom has good amenities and is kept spotless. The courteous and helpful staff goes beyond expectations in taking care of guests. The delicious food in the restaurant is an added advantage, with Seviyyan Upma being a must-try. The lounge on the third floor is enormous and a perfect space to relax and unwind.

This hotel is definitely worth your money for the service and amenities, especially the comfortable bed. The location is great too, as it's close to many malls in Siliguri and easily accessible. The breakfast is also abundant and delectable, just like the banjara chicken kebab we enjoyed so much.

The hotel could have improved by providing bathroom slippers for safety reasons.

Our room at Loft was extremely comfortable and clean, and the restaurant had excellent food. We appreciated the organized taxi service arranged by the staff. Despite the hotel being near busy areas, it was relatively peaceful during our stay. we highly recommend this hotel.

As a budget traveler, I loved the comfortable rooms and the friendly staff at The Loft. The front desk staff helped arrange local tours and transportation. Despite some issues connecting to the WiFi, Yankey Tamang at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me. The manager eventually solved the problem. The hotel also surprised me with a free upgrade to a suite, which was beautifully appointed. The restaurant offered delicious à la carte dinner and a plentiful breakfast buffet. a wonderful experience.

the loft hotel, siliguri was a pleasant surprise. after a not-so-great experience in siliguri before, this hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff was professional, the rooms were clean, and the food was exceptional. highly recommend a stay here.

Cleanliness in toilets could be improved. found cobwebs in one of the toilets.

The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great perks during our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with an ATM nearby and plenty of rickshaws available. The room was also spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a refreshing shower.

The front desk staff were not very helpful and it took a long time to get any assistance or information. This put a damper on our overall experience and made it difficult to plan our daily activities.
