I recently stayed at The Westin Mindspace in Hyderabad for a week-long business trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The customer service was outstanding, with all staff members going above and beyond to assist me. The shuttle service to the office and mall was a huge perk, and the daily breakfast buffet had a great selection. The SPA room was a luxurious treat, complete with a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. I can't wait to return to this high-end hotel.

The breakfast spread was delicious and the chef, Regan, took extra care to make our stay special. The arrival registration was swift and the overall ambiance was superb. The bedroom suite was amazing and the staff was attentive.

The hotel could do more to promote recycling and reduce the use of plastic water bottles, especially in the restaurant. It would have been great to see filtered or reverse-osmosis water being offered instead.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to replace some toiletries that were accidentally thrown away by the cleaner. The beds were huge and very comfortable, and the TV had a wide range of channels to choose from. I also loved that I could see the TV from the bathroom.

There were no major negatives during my stay at the hotel. The only slight inconvenience was that the check-out time was not automatically extended, and I had to request a later check-out.

The bathrooms were like a spa retreat. The executive lounge during happy hours was fantastic, and Vijay made incredible drinks. The F&B staff, led by Rajiv, made our anniversary extra special with a candlelight dinner under the stars and a surprise cake. Narendar and Divya at the front desk were friendly and helpful. it was an incredible experience at Westin.
