My xmas stay was incredible! The staff members were really friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We received complementary bottled water and also enjoyed a hassle-free outside food ordering service. The hotel’s location was perfect, with great access to local attractions and amenities. I was delighted with the fresh linen and comfortable beds.

Sadly, the accommodation failed in one area; breakfast was a big letdown, with unappetizing meals that were not up to standard.

The breakfast options were fantastic, with a delicious omelet one day and my favorite Indian dish, Paratha with Chana Masala, the next. The room was impeccably clean and exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. As foreign tourists, we felt incredibly safe during our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cochin and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with all necessary amenities nearby. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Although my stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of drawbacks. The restaurant was closed, so getting food was a bit inconvenient.
