We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable rooms at Treenz. The hotel is clean and peaceful, offering a relaxing stay. The morning buffet had a sumptuous spread with delicious South Indian dishes. The staff, especially Ms. Rasna and Ms. Anju, were friendly and helpful. Despite the distance from the city, this hidden gem provided a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

During my stay in Gangtok over New Year's, I enjoyed a couple of things. the breakfast spread which included idli, dosa, upma and other South Indian dishes was well prepared and delicious. the view from the top floor room with the balcony was breathtaking and worth the price. the staff were friendly and hospitable which made my stay even more comfortable.

One major downside of the hotel was its location. The distance of 10 kilometers from the main city was quite inconvenient and made it difficult to explore Gangtok.

The staff were polite and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The room service was prompt and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly loved the terrace, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also had a restaurant and a poolside snack bar, perfect for dining and unwinding after a long day of exploring. our experience at this venue was wonderful, and we would highly recommend it for a memorable stay with family.
