I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located conveniently close to the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the gardens. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary toiletries. The service was excellent, with attentive and polite staff who went out of their way to assist me. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel provides excellent facilities for tourists, making it a great choice for any adventurer.

Although my stay was wonderful overall, there was a slight issue with the noise level coming from a staff hallway.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Trident. The hotel had upgraded our room to a beautiful suite and had decorated it with balloons and flowers for our special occasion. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and we couldn't be happier. we highly recommend this hotel for its amazing hospitality and attention to detail.

The food was delicious, and the chef even prepared special dishes upon request. Additionally, the hotel's beautiful property and well-maintained facilities were a major highlight.

The rooms were a bit small and the beds seemed more like queen size rather than king size. It would have been nice to have a kids play area within the property for added convenience.

All necessary amenities are available, including a minibar and iron. The all-day dining restaurant offers excellent service, attention to detail, and a wide variety of food options.

The Christmas experience at this hotel was amazing! The festive decorations added a joyful atmosphere and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food options during Christmas were fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. I also loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to major shopping malls and entertainment hubs. Plus, the spacious and comfortable rooms were an added advantage that made my stay even more enjoyable.

While my overall experience was great, I did find the check-in process a bit time-consuming. It took longer than expected to complete the formalities and receive my room keys.

The filtered hotel water and unlimited bottled water provided peace of mind. The heated pool was a delightful addition to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional experience.
