The check-in process was smooth, thanks to Narayan at the front desk. Sunil, the bellboy, had a pleasant demeanor. The restaurant had great food, especially the dishes prepared by Chef Suparna. Aparna and Manisha from the F&B staff were friendly and welcoming. The driver provided excellent service for sightseeing. the staff made our stay comfortable.

The breakfast was good, staff were courteous and the restaurant had awesome sandwiches and Blackforest cake. The tea was great compared to the coffee. The front desk staff, Narayan, was friendly and helpful. The bell boy, Sunil, always had a million dollar smile. Chef Suparna made sure my daughter's food had no chillies, she was amazing. The F&B staff, Aparna and Manisha, were friendly and welcoming. The driver for sightseeing was also very helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located in a prime location, making it easy to explore the nearby tourist attractions. The property offers excellent spa and gym facilities, providing a great way to relax and stay fit. The food served at the restaurant is delicious, especially the sandwiches and Blackforest cake.

One downside is that the check-in process needs improvement, as guests are required to provide multiple forms of identification and face unnecessary hassles.

During my stay at Sarovar, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast spread and the conveniently central location. The hotel's cleanliness and overall infrastructure were also impressive.

Although the room size was suitable for three adults, we faced the inconvenience of not having enough bath towels and toiletries in the room. It was frustrating to have to constantly ask the housekeeping service and wait for these basic amenities.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the two complimentary drinks and snacks that were provided upon arrival. The location of the hotel was also a great benefit as it was within a short distance from major tourist attractions. I appreciated the free parking which made it convenient for me to bring my own car.

The staff also seemed overwhelmed and struggled to keep up with the demand during peak hours. the room had a strange odor that lingered throughout the duration of my stay.
