The staff was friendly and hospitable. They made us feel welcomed and gave great service during our stay. The location was also convenient and accessible to different places. the food was delicious and met our expectations.

There were a few amenities that were not up to our expectations. We had to repeatedly ask for certain items and this was a bit inconvenient.

I recently stayed at Vivanta Bengaluru in Whitefield for a business trip. The hotel is located in a business park and surrounded by office buildings, giving it a peaceful and professional atmosphere. The unique and colorful glass design of the hotel sets it apart from typical TAJ hotels. The staff was exceptionally courteous and receptive to feedback. The JIVA Spa is a must-visit, offering a great experience. Another notable feature is the artificial grass landscaping, creating a fascinating transition from the 2nd-floor bar to the terrace.

As a frequent traveller, I have to say that this hotel was a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. The spa & wellness centre was impeccable and the full body massage I received was fantastic. The beauty treatment I got was of the highest standard. The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax, with sun loungers on the sun terrace. The restaurant served exquisite cuisine and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. The entertainment options available were plentiful and left me feeling relaxed and entertained.

There was only one minor issue. During check-in, I did not receive any information on the package bought by my company that included some exclusive facilities, such as beauty treatments and in-room breakfast.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure the property was well-maintained and the rooms were spotless. The pet-friendly policy was a bonus, and we were impressed by the friendly security staff at the entrance.
