The staff were incredibly hospitable and efficient, always willing to accommodate any request. The hotel amenities were impressive, with a leisure spa & wellness centre that included a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. I also enjoyed the beautiful sun terrace and garden area, perfect for relaxation. The hotel even had a fitness centre and a game room with table tennis, badminton, darts, and billiard tables. In terms of dining options, there was a restaurant, coffee shop, and picnic area, offering a variety of delicious meals and special diet menus. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi and had 24-hour reception and security for added convenience. this venue provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a great choice for a luxurious stay.

The bathroom design could use some improvement, as there have been instances of water coming out from the shower screen.

Beautiful rooms with great views of the mountains, and very comfortable beds. The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is tasty and well-presented.

The spa services were overpriced and not very good. The walls between the rooms are thin, so we could hear our neighbors talking and snoring.
