I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to all the best bars and restaurants in the area. Despite being in a busy tourist area, the hotel was tucked away in a quiet and peaceful spot, away from the noise and pollution. The townhouse I stayed in was spacious and luxurious, with a private plunge pool and both indoor and outdoor space. The bathroom was absolutely stunning, one of the best I've ever seen! The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and sang 'happy birthday' which was such a thoughtful gesture. The pool was clean and beautiful, and the surrounding garden was well-maintained.

I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities provided were top-notch.

The hotel also went above and beyond to fulfill our request for an extra balloon for my wife's birthday. We really appreciate the effort and extra service provided.

We stayed at a beautiful townhouse in the heart of Seminyak and it exceeded our expectations. The staff provided excellent customer service and the location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere. The complimentary shuttle service was a bonus, although we didn't need to use it often. The room was clean and stunning, and the pool had sun all day long. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. our stay at Cicada Luxury Townhouses was fantastic and we highly recommend it.
