Lovely pool area to relax and enjoy. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the beach and some charming restaurants. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony. The mini-fridge was a convenient touch. The room service was prompt and the food was decent. Despite a couple of drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The breakfast had a good variety of options, both traditional and simple. the pool area was fabulous, with plenty of pool chairs available and a nice deep section for swimming.

The Wi-Fi in our room was a bit intermittent, which was a downside. , we noticed that the supplied bottled water sometimes tasted unusual and a few of us ended up getting sick.

Construction noise and disturbance - the ongoing building work by the pool area caused a lot of noise and disruption, with no consideration for guests.2. Substandard room - the initial room assigned had issues like black mold and a dangerous rounded-bottom bath.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel located near the beach and a mall. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful traditional Balinese gardens and had a lovely pool. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned thoroughly every day. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony where I could relax. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast with both Western and Asian food options.

The hotel staff were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. The included breakfast was tasty and filling with a good variety to choose from. The location was great, within walking distance to many attractions. Best of all was the rooftop swimming pool which offered stunning views of the city skyline.

The hotel itself was a bit outdated and could definitely use some upgrades. The noise level from other guests could be bothersome, especially at night.
