The room at The Sultan Hotel & Residence was surprisingly spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of tasty Indonesian dishes. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and shopping malls.

I did experience a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The room facilities were a bit outdated and could use some renovations.

The hotel is situated very close to the Jakarta Convention Center, making it a convenient choice for those attending exhibitions there. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants for guests to explore, providing ample dining options.

The gym is located in the residence building, making it inconvenient during rainy weather.

As foreign tourists, we loved the strong Javanese ambience and the strategic location in the heart of the city. Excellent breakfast choice and attentive breakfast staff.

We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet offered at the hotel and the friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile. The key location of the hotel made it easier for us to visit nearby attractions. We also appreciated the comfortable beds in the room.

The elevators were very slow and often found ourselves waiting for a long time. the swimming pool and gym were located quite far from the main building, which made it inconvenient for us to access.

The outdoor swimming pool area needed some upgrading and maintenance. The BBQ facilities were not available during our stay, but this was a minor issue.
