We got excellent value for our money at Failte Hotel. The room was cozy and clean, with a great shower and bathroom. The location in the heart of town was perfect, and the staff, especially Paddy and Mrs. O'Callahan, were friendly and welcoming.

It would have been nice if there were more breakfast options available, even if it was just a continental breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in downtown. The owners, Paudie and his wife, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel was able to create a sense of normalcy while following safety guidelines. Paudie, in particular, was a joy to chat with, sharing stories about sports and showing off his collection of photos with famous faces. The central location and amenities, such as breakfast for a fee and access to the pub downstairs for live entertainment, were wonderful additions. The attentive and friendly staff added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The rooms were spacious and the view was truly spectacular. It was a perfect stop for us, providing a place to stay and catch some live music at the bar downstairs. The great breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. We were grateful for the kind and welcoming staff.

We got amazing value for our money with a spacious, clean and comfortable room at the Failte Hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major sights. The staff treated us so well, from the friendly welcome at reception to the extra care they took with the little details, like letting a young boy stroke the lobsters in the fish tank during breakfast. And the owner even took the time to chat with us and share stories about her experience in the business. Plus, the live music at night added to the overall fantastic experience.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast menu even better would have been a wider variety of options.

Comfortable rooms, clean and cozy. Top floor access via staircase. Electric water pot for coffee/tea. Live music in pub until 11pm, audible but not disruptive. Thin walls but considerate guests. Quaint town with great shopping, dining, and bistro. Would return!

Great central location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Rooms are small but overall a good value. Noise quiets down around midnight. Comfy beds and good water pressure in the showers. A pleasant atmosphere and nice bar/restaurant staff. A thoughtful gesture from an employee to send a cut-out photo from the local paper. Can recommend to friends.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of town. You'll be able to explore all the shops and restaurants that Killarney has to offer. Plus, if you're a fan of live music, you'll love being able to hear the concerts from the nearby pub. It adds a lively atmosphere to your stay. the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with some newly renovated options. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring you have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could use some improvement. The hallway carpets retain a slight odor of old smoke and alcohol, which takes away from the overall atmosphere.

I loved staying in a hotel above a pub! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had an electric water pot for tea or coffee. The live music in the pub below was enjoyable, and despite being able to hear it faintly in the room, it didn't bother me. The location was superb, with easy access to shopping, dining, and exploring the city. Additionally, the staff were kind and attentive, making my stay more enjoyable.

We had a great experience at Failte. Paddy and his mother, Mrs O’Callahan, were fantastic hosts - friendly, professional. The room was clean and the shower was excellent. The hotel is located in the heart of town, making it very convenient. it was a great value for our money and we highly recommend it. Stuart.

The staff were warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. The food was top-notch, and I even enjoyed some live music in the bar.

The only minor drawback was the parking situation, but there were plenty of nearby car parks available.
