The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in assisting us with any questions or requests. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect as it was right in the center of everything, making it easy to walk to restaurants, bars, shops.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding - so helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Secondly, the rooms were kept very clean and tidy, and the attention to detail was impressive. Lastly, the breakfast included in our stay was delicious. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was cooked to perfection.

The Grand Hotel in Tralee was worth every penny. The rooms were great, with even better bathrooms. The central location was superb, just 100m from the Mall. The staff were friendly and exceptional, even with our children. The food and drink in the hotel were highly recommended, with a better atmosphere compared to outside restaurants. Tipping was not expected but the service was superb!

The breakfast offerings could be improved. We had to ask for tea and coffee, butter was not provided with the toast, and we had to source our own cups.
