Loved the friendly service of most of the staff, especially the receptionist and porter. They were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was well-presented and clean, giving off a stylish old-world vibe. The location was great, right in the heart of town. We enjoyed being close to all the shops and restaurants during our romantic escape.

Found the room to be on the smaller side, but it was clean and comfortable. However, the mattress could have been more comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the town, close to everything. I really enjoyed the beautiful park across the street and took a jog there to see Ross Castle - it was a breathtaking experience. The breakfast at the hotel was great, with a variety of options to choose from. I can't forget to mention the outdoor patio, where I spent hours with my friends, enjoying cocktails and great conversation. this was the best hotel experience I had during my time in Ireland.

The lady at reception during check-out was very friendly, and the staff in the breakfast room were fantastic - they were well-groomed and their uniforms were spotless. The breakfast room itself was beautiful, and the selection of TV channels was great. The room was spotless upon arrival, and the bed was beautifully made up the following day. The staff working in the rooms truly deserve praise for their hard work and attention to detail.

There were disturbances from the nearby alleyway at night, with loud noise and shouting until the early hours of the morning.

Spent a lovely Easter holiday at a hotel in Killarney. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and even included both hot and cold options. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from all of the local attractions. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we could need.

The hotel staff seemed a bit rushed at times, but considering the amount of guests they were serving, it was understandable. we had a bit of trouble with the elevator, as it seemed to be slow and sometimes didn't work properly.

I recently stayed at this venue and it was fantastic. The location was ideal for bars and restaurants, as it was right off the City Center and within a 2-minute walk from the town centre. Additionally, the staff was amazing and very helpful. I particularly remember Les, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The amenities were great too. My room was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe, and a terrace. The hotel also had a sauna, fitness studio, and sun terrace, all of which were very relaxing.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
